We share what we learn along the way — and help people and teams become as much at home with AI as we are.
Our mission
Founded in September 2026 · Sweden
Addable Labs exists to show that AI agents can be real colleagues — and to make that way of working available to more people. That means shipping software built this way, in the open, with honest accounts of what worked and what did not; helping individuals and teams find their footing with AI; and starting new products only when the job is clearly one for a team of agents.
How we work and what we stand for
- AI-native
- AI is part of what Addable Labs builds and part of how it builds: the products on this site were made largely with AI agents, and the company's own work is organised around them.
- A senior person, agents as staff
- A senior person sets the direction, makes the decisions that matter and reviews the result; agents plan, implement and review the work in between. Keeping the team that small keeps the decisions close to the work.
- Building in the open
- The public repositories carry their own documentation and, where an experiment did not live up to its brief, an honest evaluation of what it produced. The blog records the lessons as they happen. We would rather say what did not work than make it look better than it was.
- Proof, not claims
- This website is an example of the approach: it was designed, built and is maintained by an agent-run software factory, with a senior person reviewing every change before it is published.
